ACEA policies are designed to give clear guidance to staff,
volunteers and everyone we serve about our values, expected
conduct and behaviour. These policies are intended to
engender confidence and assurances that people will be
treated in a fair and consistent manner.
These policies, among others, have been developed to
ensure that staff are aware of what is expected of them
and what ACEA, for its part, offers in return to them,
our members and all those who utilise our services.
