In an effort to raise the profile and priority of Youth
work in Black Majority Churches ACEA is proud to introduce
the Youthwork and ministry course which will start in
September 2004. For the first time Youthworkers and leaders
in Black Majority Churches (BMCs) will have an opportunity
to do a course which is culturally sensitive and specifically
designed to address the needs of Black children and young
people. Through this course, churches will be able to
make a significant and strategic response in the lives
of young people and the local community. On successful
completion of the course attendees will be gain a Certificate
in Youthwork and Ministry accredited by the University
of Wales Lampeter.
