Financy Policy
The integrity of every organisation depends on its financial probity. Charities, charitable companies and other business have a statutory duty not only to provide an account of its financial activities, but to manage them in a way that promotes confidence among their members, beneficiaries and shareholders.

A financial policy allows an organisation to implement codes of practices and guidelines to reduce the likelihood of fraud, suspicion and malpractice. These guidelines may range from:
Who is responsible for setting budgets, receiving and counting the income?
where monies should be kept?
Who signs cheques?
Who approves spending, to how much monies is kept as petty cash or in a safe?
