Advice & Guidance
An essential part of ACEA work is offering advice and guidance to members on issues which facilitate their personal and organisational growth. ACEA is able to offer an independent and objective perspective to leaders and their team who either need information, clarification or reassurance that they are making the right decisions.

Support ranges from advice on administrative and employment policies to issues of governance and leadership. We will always guide individuals to the best person, with the required expertise, who is available. This could either be a member of staff, the Executive Board or Council.

Some of the areas we support churches include:
Renegotiating tenancy agreements for their church or projects
Pastors whose role is being undermined or controlled by leaders and churches overseas.
Assistance in raising issues in the media or to local or statutory authorities
Carrying out assessment and evaluations on projects
Assisting churches in setting up their administrative processes in line with the Charity Commission requirements
Reviewing and assessing Governing documents to ascertain if they are suitable for the organisation needs.
Personal and pastoral issues

Any support given to individuals or organisation will be kept in confidence, done in good faith and should not preclude any other professional or legal advice.
