Mission Statement

Our mission is to reflect Black Christian faith in Britain and to promote unity, reconciliation and understanding among all Christians in the United Kingdom.

Values

The work we do SITs on the values that we hold in our willingness to Serve the whole church and society, to maintain Integrity which is paramount to preserve confidence and unity and to generate Trust and confidence among different peoples, groups and organisations.

The mission of ACEA is fulfilled through our Core Purpose, which is to:
Facilitate unity and reconciliation among the Black Majority Churches (BMCs) and White Majority Churches;
Provide a coherent voice on behalf of BMCs and Christians in the UK;
Provide representation to the media, statutory bodies, local and national government and other agencies on behalf of BMCs and Christians in the UK;
Disseminate information to and from the Black Christian constituency;
Envision, support and encourage churches and individuals to fulfil their aspirations in prayer, evangelism and celebration;
Build up an alliance of churches, organisations and individuals who are committed to both prayer and action in areas of common concern;
Raise the consciousness of the BMCs as to the need to continually transform themselves to impact society;
