| Annual Members Meeting |
| In November of each year ACEA hosts an Annual Members Meeting (AMM) in order to promote and encourage good governance, openness and accountability. This event provides a vital opportunity for those who support the work of ACEA, whether through regular donations, volunteers, trustees or members of the Council, to evaluate and reflect on the work done by the organisation over the course of the year.
Held in a friendly and engaging atmosphere, the AMM allows member to highlight their priorities and issues they field ACEA should be addressing. It allows members to examine the financial position of the organisation and to elect all the trustees, auditors, bankers and any constitutional changes.
On occasions friends of ACEA are invited to participate in the meetings, although the do not have voting rites.
